Suntide III Condominiums is Hiring a Groundskeeper and Maintenance Near South Padre Island, TX
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and care for the property premises
- Perform tasks such as cleaning in general, janitorial as needed
- Operate a floor scrubber
- Watering of plants
- Remove debris and maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas
- Assist with minor maintenance tasks
Skills:
- Attention to detail in order to maintain the aesthetics of the property
- Physical stamina to work outdoors for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills to coordinate with other team members
This position requires a passion for maintaining indoor and outdoor spaces. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the grounds are well-maintained and visually appealing..
Please note that this is a full-time position .
